About
Anointed Abilities

Our Story

Anointed Abilities began with a simple vision: to create a safe space where young people could feel seen, heard, and valued. After witnessing firsthand how many children struggle with self-confidence, communication, and peer relationships, our founder Amber Evans knew something had to change. In 2023, she launched Anointed Abilities in College Station, Texas, as a weekly gathering that would offer structure, support, and soul.
What started with a handful of kids and a few helping hands has grown into a powerful community of young people learning how to lead with empathy, speak with confidence, and build meaningful connections.

Our Team of Everyday Superheroes

At Anointed Abilities, we believe real heroes don’t wear capes—they show up with heart, compassion, and a calling to serve. Our leadership team is made up of educators, advocates, parents, and mentors who use their unique “superpowers” to uplift every child who walks through our doors.
From creating inclusive spaces to offering emotional support and practical guidance, these everyday superheroes are the backbone of our mission. They lead with love, live by example, and remind us all that empowerment begins with connection.
