KBTX Interview

Our founder, Amber Evans, was recently featured on KBTX News, where she shared the heart behind Anointed Abilities and how the program is already making a difference in our community.

Though we’re a relatively new organization, the impact has been immediate—and growing. From empowering youth with special needs to offering meaningful support to parents, Anointed Abilities is a movement rooted in compassion, inclusion, and joy.

 Social Club

Superhero Meet Up isn’t just a fun night out—it’s a lifeline for parents and a joy-filled experience for youth. By pairing participants with trained volunteers and offering hands-on life skill activities, we’ve created a safe, inclusive space for teens with special needs to thrive. Held twice a month, this program gives caregivers time to recharge while their kids build confidence, friendships, and unforgettable memories.
